Upcoming Appearances

Saida offers readings, book conversations, school and library visits, family and educator engagement, and interactive literary programs connected to A Song of Her Own and her work as an author and teaching artist. These programs are especially designed for elementary and middle school readers, their families, educators, schools, libraries, and community programs.

Looking for an author and teaching artist visit?

Looking for deeper workshops and programs for broader age groups?

Through Iftin Ink Initiatives, Saida designs and facilitates arts-based workshops, circles, and multi-session programs for children, youth, and adults. These experiences use personal narrative and creative practice to explore identity, well-being, and leadership while creating opportunities to build lasting peer connections and creative community.
